Using this service
By creating an account, you agree to these terms. You must be able to legally enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction. Keep your login credentials to yourself - you're responsible for activity on your account.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from the billing page; your plan stays active through the end of the period you've already paid for, then drops to the free tier. We don't store your card details ourselves - Stripe handles that.
Important: verify hunting regulations yourself
This app calculates things like legal shooting light windows and Wildlife Management Unit boundaries as a convenience, based on general rules and third-party data sources. This information is not authoritative and may be wrong, outdated, or not apply to your specific state or situation. You are solely responsible for knowing and following your state and local hunting regulations - always verify against your state wildlife agency's official rules before hunting. This app is a data and record-keeping tool, not a substitute for that.
Your content
Photos and videos you upload are yours. As described in our Privacy Policy, original files are processed and then deleted - we keep the extracted data and a small thumbnail, not the original upload. You're responsible for having the right to upload whatever you upload.
Acceptable use
Don't use this service for anything illegal, don't try to abuse or overload it, and don't upload content you don't have the right to share. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.
No warranty
This service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Weather data, moon phase calculations, OCR readings, and other automated extraction can be wrong. We do our best to make this data accurate and useful, but you shouldn't treat any of it as guaranteed.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service, including decisions made based on data it provides.
Ending your account
You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
